Who we are

This site is run by Sreative, Denpasar, Bali. For questions about your data, email hello@sreative.id.

What we collect

When you send the form: your name, contact (WhatsApp or email), division, message, and event date and budget if you fill them in. We also record the page, language and campaign parameters (UTM) so we know where the inquiry came from.

When you contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation is processed by WhatsApp under their own policy.

Why

Only to reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote and deliver the work you book. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Visitor statistics

We run our own Umami instance to count visits anonymously. Umami uses no cookies and stores nothing that identifies you personally.

Storage

Inquiries are sent to Sreative's email and a copy is kept on our server. We keep them as long as needed to follow up and as the law requires, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy, a correction or deletion of your data at any time via hello@sreative.id. We handle requests in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27/2022).

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above is updated.
